Power Plant Control – Smart Plant Control Platform
Inelso Power Plant Control is an advanced plant control and management platform that monitors, manages and optimizes solar power plants’ production processes, field equipment and grid interaction in real-time. Success in modern energy investments is measured not only by installed capacity but by how efficiently, safely and stably the plant operates.
PPC systems installed in 849 SPP, ensuring 99.8% grid compliance rate and uninterrupted production with automatic regulation.
We centrally manage all plant functions from voltage and frequency regulation to reactive power control, from remote inverter management to automatic protection systems. Ensuring full compliance with EMRA and grid regulations, we guarantee maximum efficiency, grid compatibility and high return on investment (ROI) throughout your plant’s entire lifespan.
Core features of smart plant management with Inelso Power Plant Control:
- Full grid compliance with voltage, frequency and reactive power regulation
- Remote inverter control and automatic protection mechanisms
- Real-time data recording and reporting compliant with EMRA regulations
Why is Power Plant Control required?
Your plant's operation in accordance with grid requirements, voltage/frequency regulation and reactive power balancing are mandatory under EMRA regulations. The PPC system automatically manages these requirements, prevents grid penalties and optimizes energy production.
What functions does it manage?
PPC manages voltage and frequency regulation, reactive power (Q) and cosφ control, active power curtailment, remote inverter control, automatic protection and alarm systems, data recording and reporting functions in real-time.
Can it be installed in existing plants?
Yes, the PPC system can be retrofitted to existing plants. It is compatible with all inverter brands (Huawei, SMA, Sungrow, SolarEdge, etc.). Installation completed within 1-2 weeks, including SCADA integration.
What is the difference from SCADA?
While SCADA monitors and collects data, PPC performs active control and regulation. PPC automatically changes inverter setpoints according to grid requirements, balances voltage / frequency, and optimizes reactive power. SCADA and PPC work together to provide a complete solution.
